Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Squirrelz Nutz app for iPhone, published by West Code Studios.
Effective August 11, 2026
Squirrelz Nutz does not collect any data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. Nothing you do in the game is transmitted to us, because the game has nowhere to send it.
What the app stores
Everything the game remembers is written to local storage on your own device and stays there:
- Your acorn and gem balances
- Your best distance and lifetime totals
- Mission progress and which missions are active
- Which worlds and squirrels you have unlocked, and which are equipped
- Settings such as whether sound is muted
This data never leaves your device. Deleting the app deletes all of it. We have no copy and no way to retrieve it.
Game Center
If you choose to sign in to Game Center, the game submits your best distance and lifetime acorn total to Apple's leaderboards so you can compare scores with other players. Game Center is Apple's own service and your use of it is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. West Code Studios does not receive your Game Center account details.
Game Center is optional. Declining it does not limit any other part of the game.
Purchases
Squirrelz Nutz offers one optional in-app purchase, the Character Pack. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details, billing address, or Apple Account information. The app only records, on your device, whether the pack has been unlocked.
Advertising and tracking
The app contains no advertising and no third-party advertising or analytics software. It does not track you across other apps or websites, and it never presents the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
Children
Squirrelz Nutz is a general audience game. Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.
Changes
If a future version of the app changes what it stores or sends, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the effective date above will change.
