Common questions
I bought the Character Pack and my squirrels are gone
Open the shop and tap restore in the top right. That re-checks your purchase with Apple and unlocks the pack again. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. The pack is a one time purchase, so restoring never charges you twice.
My acorns and best distance disappeared
All progress is saved on your device only, so deleting the app erases it, and it does not transfer to a new phone. There is no cloud save in this version. If progress vanished without deleting the app, email us and describe what happened.
My scores are not showing on the leaderboard
Leaderboards need Game Center. Check Settings, then Game Center on your iPhone and confirm you are signed in, then relaunch the game. Scores submitted while signed out are kept on your device but cannot be posted retroactively.
How do I unlock new worlds?
Worlds are bought with acorns, which you collect during runs. Acorns bank permanently, even on a run that ends immediately, so every run counts toward the next world. Open WORLDS from the main menu to see prices.
What do the power-ups do?
Tap HOW TO on the main menu for the full list. In short: the filbert lets you fly, the almond shields you from one hit, the chestnut pulls nearby acorns in, and the cashew slows the world down.
Does the game work offline?
Yes. Everything except Game Center leaderboards works with no connection.
